Delivery charges are automatically calculated on the site and the customer is informed of the amount before confirming his order.
Our Bears are delivered between 7 to 14 business days.
All our roses are delivered between 9 to 15 business days. To keep a maximum of freshness and an optimal life expectancy, our roses are processed as late as possible. It is then necessary to pick, preserve and ship the rose, which may explain the waiting time, as well as the low supplies.
To meet the global and international demands for our products, we deliver worldwide.
We offer two modes of delivery to receive the products purchased on our site. You can choose the one that best meets your expectations.

2) Standard delivery
Free service on all your orders.
Free delivery shipped within 9 to 15 working days.
Please note:
We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following their confirmations.
If nobody is present to receive the delivery of the products at the specified delivery address, the deliverer will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox.
The ownership and risks associated with the loss of your products will be transferred to you when you take possession of them.
Return - right of withdrawal and refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In some situations, only partial refunds are available:

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, in the context of a purchase made online on the site, the customer has a period of 14 days from the reception of the products to exercise, from FLEUR ETERNELLE, his right of return, without having to justify the reasons or pay a penalty. If the period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
In the case of an order containing several products, this 14-day period runs from the purchase of the last product.
In case of an exercise of the right of return within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be refunded, the return costs being at the customer's expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be made in their complete original condition and in the same packaging as used in the shipment that allowed them to be marketed.
Returns must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a copy of the invoice or purchase delivery note for optimal management.
In accordance with the regulations in force (article L221-28 of the consumer code), the right of return cannot be exercised for:
Audio, video or computer software recordings unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
A supply of a newspaper, periodical or magazine, except for contracts for subscriptions to such publications.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts ffor reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
The customer exercises his right of return directly to FLEUR ETERNELLE using the "contact" form provided on the site, or by sending an email to: remboursement@fleur-eternelle.com.
Once the return declaration is approved, the customer must return a tracking number and the products to FLEUR ETERNELLE within a reasonable period of time.
FLEUR ETERNELLE will proceed to the refund of the amounts within 5 working days.
